Returning Goods
If you have ordered the wrong size, or wish to return the goods for any other reason other than damaged or faulty, either phone or email us at R D Sports and then write an accompanying letter with the returned item . We will exchange the item or refund your card (we are unable to refund postage costs) less a 15% restocking fee to cover our postage and processing costs. Please note your return can be rejected if the condition of the returned goods is not to our satisfaction and in its original packaging. Will we also not offer refund or exchange after 7 days of receipt unless there is a fault with the product and the manufacturer agrees to replace it.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Any claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made immediately after receipt by emailing or phoning us at R D Sports. This does not apply to faults caused by neglect, accident or misuse of everyday wear and tear. After inspection by our team we will either replace or refund your card if we believe the items to be damaged or faulty. We will also reimburse payment of postage up to the value of £6.00 if a receipt of postage is included. At RD Sports we recommend when returning and items to us you using Recorded Delivery.
