Product Descriptions

Here at RD sports we endeavour to ensure we list as much relevant and correct information relating to the product we have listed, from time to time errors may occur and will be corrected as soon as they are identified. Full product specification is usually available from the relevant manufacturers web site or brochure. Images where shown are representations of the products offered and are largely sourced from the manufacturer. Colours and styles may differ from those of the actual product supplied due to image quality or availability.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase couldn't be easier, just browse our catalogue for the item/items you are interested in, then click on the "+ Buy" button. After you have finished click "checkout" on the shopping basket then you will be asked a few simple questions to complete the order.

We accept credit cards (Master Card or Visa), debit cards, paypal, cheque (please be advised that goods will not be sent until cheque has cleared, this can take up to 5 working days from receipt) and postal order.

All pricing is listed in £ and includes VAT.

Availability

We do our best to stock most products, however, popular products can go out of stock quickly. In the unlikely event of this happening, when we receive your order we will email you with the expected delivery time, if the manufacturer has the item in stock then we will try and get the item out to you within a week. If you decide not to continue with your order any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you at the email address given by you on your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

Delivery

Goods will be despatched the next day if the item is in stock, however if the item isn't in stock we will email to let you know and then let you know once the parcel has been despatched. Cost of delivery is £4.00 for orders up to £30 and for orders over £30 it is £6.50. Any orders over £150 will have free postage.

Returning Goods

If you have ordered the wrong size, or wish to return the goods for any other reason other than damaged or faulty, either phone or email us at R D Sports and then write an accompanying letter with the returned item. We will exchange the item or refund your card (we are unable to refund postage costs) less a 15% restocking fee to cover our postage and processing costs. Please note your return can be rejected if the condition of the returned goods is not to our satisfaction and in its original packaging. Will we also not offer refund or exchange after 7 days of receipt unless there is a fault with the product and the manufacturer agrees to replace it.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Any claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made immediately after receipt by emailing or phoning us at R D Sports. This does not apply to faults caused by neglect, accident or misuse of everyday wear and tear. After inspection by our team we will either replace or refund your card if we believe the items to be damaged or faulty. We will also reimburse payment of postage up to the value of £6.00 if a receipt of postage is included. At RD Sports we recommend when returning and items to us you using Recorded Delivery.
